Use the tracker as a maintenance cycle
- 01
Add every stored item with quantity, location, and best-by or review date.
- 02
Mark an item “use soon” when it enters the normal household meal rotation.
- 03
Replace the item after use and update the new date instead of creating a forgotten second list.
- 04
Print a dated copy for the pantry door or save the exported file with household records.
- 05
Repeat the audit every six months and after any outage, evacuation, move, or dietary change.
