These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FlintReady (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.flintready.com. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting FlintReady or purchasing any digital product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you have read and agree to these Terms, and you agree to our Privacy Policy.

2. Digital Products & Purchases

What You’re Buying

FlintReady sells digital products including preparedness checklist bundles, guides, courses, and memberships (collectively, “Digital Products”). All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own preparedness planning.

Refund Policy — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Applies to all digital products — checklist bundles, field manuals, courses, and any future digital releases.
• No questions asked. Just email chris@flintready.com with your order details and we’ll process your refund promptly.
• After 30 days, all sales are final. Refund requests received more than 30 days after the purchase date cannot be honored.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or offering at any time. Existing purchases are not affected by pricing changes.

Payment Processing

Digital product purchases on FlintReady are processed via Stripe and Gumroad. By purchasing, you also agree to their respective terms of service. We do not store your payment card information.

3. Acceptable Use

When using FlintReady, you agree not to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any FlintReady content without written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download site content in bulk
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the site’s infrastructure or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Impersonate FlintReady or misrepresent your affiliation with the site

We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone who violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on FlintReady — including guides, checklists, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, and design — is owned by FlintReady or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

What you can do: Share links to our content, reference our guides with proper attribution, and use purchased digital products for your personal preparedness planning.

What you cannot do: Copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from FlintReady content without explicit written permission. This includes reposting full guides on other websites, newsletters, or social media.

5. Survival & Preparedness Disclaimer

Survival and emergency preparedness situations are inherently dangerous. The information on this site:

• Is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
• May not be appropriate for every situation, environment, or individual
• Should not replace training from certified professionals (first aid, wilderness medicine, etc.)
• Does not account for your specific physical condition, skill level, or local regulations

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlintReady and its owners, operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any content, guide, checklist, or product on this site
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from following survival or preparedness advice
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in site content
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the site or any product
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In all cases, our maximum liability to you for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

FlintReady may also contain links to other third-party sites and products. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement beyond what is explicitly stated.

8. Email Communications

By subscribing to the FlintReady newsletter or requesting a free download, you consent to receive email communications from us, including preparedness tips, product announcements, and occasional promotional offers.

• Unsubscribe any time. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also email chris@flintready.com and we’ll remove you within 48 hours.
• No spam. We do not sell or share your email address with third-party marketers.
• Transactional emails. Purchase confirmations and product delivery emails are sent regardless of marketing preferences, as they are necessary to fulfill your order.

9. User-Generated Content

FlintReady does not currently offer public commenting, community forums, or other user-generated content features. If such features are introduced in the future, these Terms will be updated to include specific policies covering ownership, moderation, and acceptable use of user-submitted content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
